Goals:

Providing outreach, education, and counseling services to families of children with special needs, conducting training and awareness raising courses, providing in-kind and financial assistance to the families of people with special needs, establishing education classes for the persons with hearing and visual impairments, providing the means for teaching them, and helping those with special needs to pay school fees, for those enrolled in schools.
