Contributing to the creation and development of modern Arab thought within a solid context of originality and modernity, studying the economic, social and cultural ties in the Arab world and comparing them with other countries, developing a scientific Arab vision to address development problems tackled by international forums and institutions to help effectively shape the world system, building bridges of cooperation between intellectual leaders and decision makers in the Arab world, supporting future studies related to the Arab states and their international ties.
