Goals:

Defending the freedom of creativity in literary, art and intellectual fields, protecting the rights of creative individuals, providing special attention to the cultural rights of mankind in line with the document on cultural rights for human being and the Universal Declaration on Cultural Diversity as well as all related charters and international conventions, conducting studies that help accelerate cultural development, deepening the civil behavior and activating democratic dialogue, supporting women rights and developing related legislation and laws, in addition, to exerting tremendous efforts to realise equity between the two genders, deepening the culture of freedom, democracy and human rights and training activists in this regard, enhancing the culture of children rights and adopting these rights, and developing legislation that ensures effective protection.
