Education for Employment

Goals:

Create economic opportunities for unemployed youth across the Kingdom. Our approach begins with an extensive labor market analysis that focuses on building partnerships with private sector companies throughout Jordan – from global multinationals to local small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) – to identify hiring needs and the skills required to perform their jobs. Next, we design targeted and sector-specific training programs for youth that result in direct employment or micro-entrepreneurship opportunities.
