Contributing to the rehabilitation and sustainability of natural resources in Arab areas impacted with wars and conflicts, especially in Jordan and Palestine, placing an influence on formulating and implementing global environmental policies of relevance, enhancing the role of Arab civil commission though institutionalized effective partnerships, motivating individuals and groups of the civil society to respond in meeting the requirements of the Arab and international environmental issues, and building the Arab institutional capabilities to protect the environment and enable these institutions to achieve their message at high levels of professionalism and sustainability
