Increasing the scientific levels of members, taking part in seminars, lectures and conferences and familiarising local communities with the profession and progress in this sector, contributing to scientific research in fields of engineering, marine navigation, marine sciences and communications and providing required support in this regard, supporting members to ensure their sustainability to work in accordance with a high scientific, cultural and professional manner and be capable of competing at the Arab and international levels, coordinating with associations, unions, societies, commissions and institutions at the local, Arab and regional levels and exchanging expertise and scientific, cultural and professional activities to support the members academically and technically.
