Reunifying employers in the bakery and derivatives of flour industries in one association, studying and defending the interests of the industry, exerting efforts to advance the technical, economic and professional aspects of the profession, enhancing the living conditions and social standards of the owners of bakeries and regulating relations among members of the syndicate and between those members and their employees and any person concerned with the industry, seeking to establish a cooperative fund attached to the association, and providing in-kind and financial support for members who are in need for help.
