Jordan Palliative Care Society

Goals:

- Providing the necessary education for the concerned, patients and their families, about the concept of palliative care, its objectives, means of work, and services.
- Building a scientific system and clear process on palliative care.
- Develop the idea of palliative care, and contribute to the empowerment of this concept.
- Participate in the establishment of rules and criteria for evaluating the correct work within palliative care, and the development of methodological work mechanisms, and conditions.
- Provide high-quality palliative care services to patients and their families.
- Contribute with the responsible and health authorities to train specialists and establish and develop palliative care units in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
- Preparation and holding of educational lectures, training courses, workshops and conferences on palliative care.
